Though hard work and the philosophy “We all work together” hector has formed a successful landscaping company. Torres explained ” It’s not just cutting grass” “It’s about keeping the yard healthy”. When Hector opened Paradise Green landscaping he knew the risks of the economy and the competition in Brunswick, GA but with the help of his friends and workers around the Golden Isles he quickly became a successful entrepreneur. Hectors friends really inspired him to to grow the landscaping company and now runs 30 full time and part time employees that handle every aspect of his company. Hector and his employees say “We don’t just put grass down we keep it healthy for our customers” . Paradise Green landscaping strives to keep good communication with it customers and it’s employees because thats what makes a successful business and a happy customer.
